You’ll never have to pay repair or maintenance costs for something that we are responsible for, which is why it is important that we are transparent.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining, cutting, and trimming hedges.
- Repair/replacement costs for damage to fences, walls, and hedges.
- Managing pests (including rodents and insects).
- Maintaining shrubs and trees.
- Cutting grass and weeding.
- Keeping external areas free from refuse, litter, and waste furniture.
- Decking and maintenance of any wooden sheds or outbuildings.
