Heating, gas, boilers, and fire alarms

You are responsible for:

  • Getting permission from us, if you wish to alter, change, or add to the original form of heating.
  • Providing access for annual gas/boiler checks.
  • Maintaining appliances, which have been provided by you.
  • Removal costs for gas/fire/heating appliances that have not been approved by us.
  • Checking your fire alarm and replacing batteries when required.
  • Reporting heating issues.
