You are responsible for:
- Getting permission from us, if you wish to alter, change, or add to the original form of heating.
- Providing access for annual gas/boiler checks.
- Maintaining appliances, which have been provided by you.
- Removal costs for gas/fire/heating appliances that have not been approved by us.
- Checking your fire alarm and replacing batteries when required.
- Reporting heating issues.
