The two adjacent sites at Cunningham Road and Montgomery Drive in Cheshunt are another example of B3Living maximising our assets to make an impact locally.
The Cunningham Road project will replace redundant garages with a small infill residential development, consisting of eight two- and three-bedroom houses for affordable rent. We worked closely with architects, Vincent & Gorbing, and local authority, Broxbourne Borough Council, to find the best solution for the site.
Montgomery Drive will provide an additional home, making use the extensive plot of an existing B3Living end-terrace house, brought to the attention of our Development department by our Voids team.
With the average terraced house in Cheshunt selling for over £360,000, these homes will help local families to stay in the area.
