Like every organisation, B3Living is affected by rising costs – something that typically happens each year. We reached out to our customer community inviting them to the annual rent consultation: to understand how any changes might affect you and to make sure your voice is represented.

Overall, customers felt that the amount we were changing the rents was fair but raised concerns about rising costs and keeping homes warm. We will continue to work hard and put in the measures mentioned above to support our customers.
