You should be able to hold your landlord to account.

But to do this, you need to know what we've been doing and how well we've been doing it. That's why we publish an Annual Report for Customers.

In this year's report, you can see:

• Our service standards.
• How we've performed against those standards.
• Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) - which you can use to compare us to other landlords.
• How we've used your feedback to improve our services.
