Equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are important to us. Up until now, our focus has been on raising awareness through training and seeking the views of colleagues, customers, and people with lived experience to inform our EDI plans and actions.
We know there is more we can do to ensure EDI is an integral part of our day-to-day work, and we’re in the on a journey to become truly inclusive.
