  • Repairs and maintainance to the block / building
  • TV aerials
  • Water pumps

We maintain the building’s structure, exterior, and common areas.

As a leaseholder, you’re responsible for everything inside your home, including private gardens. We only insure the building. For contents insurance, click here.
