  • Forecourt Maintenance -Soft surfaces
  • Repairs and maintenance to the block/building
  • Health and safety inspections
  • Fire equipment servicing
  • Buildings insurance

As part of your service charge, we are responsible for maintaining the structure and exterior of your building and any common areas. As a leaseholder, you’re responsible for the repair and maintenance of everything inside your home (this includes any private garden areas).
