We are working with Stonewall Housing to achieve the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge Pioneer status.
The pledge was created following a report into LGBTQ+ customers experiences in social housing (No Place Like Home) which shone a light on LGBTQ+ customers experiences and highlighted the things that they need from their housing provider.
To achieve this pledge, we need to demonstrate that we:
- Ensure that LGBTQ+ customers can have an input at an executive/strategic level
- Increase LGBTQ+ visibility within B3Living
- Provide specific LGBTQ+ training for our colleagues, so that they can better understand LGBTQ+ lives
