We know how easy it can be to misplace your keys - it's happened to all of us. That's why we encourage all our customers to cut an extra set of keys when they first move in.
We're responsible for
- Providing keys or fobs if an entry door is changed.
- Maintaining, repairing, and replacing communal door entry systems.
We'll ask you to
- Report any issues with your fob to our repairs team.
- Keep your keys and fobs safe (we recommend cutting a spare set).
Recharges
In some instances, you might be recharged for certain repairs (e.g. getting locked out). The costs for these repairs can be seen in the table below.
