- Maintaining toilets and flushing.
We'll ask you to maintain
- Cleaning to prevent soap scum and mold.
- Preventing burns and knife marks.
- Reporting repairs promptly to avoid further damage.
- Painting walls and ceilings.
- Protecting against sink or appliance leaks.
- Connecting and maintaining appliances.
- Clearing blocked toilets (rechargeable).
- Replacing toilet seats (rechargeable).
Recharges
There are some repairs that are your responsibility to maintain. However, we can offer to do them for a recharge. The costs for these repairs can be seen in the table below.
