This page outlines our responsibilities when it comes to aerials and satellites. After all, nobody wants a poor connection when watching their favourite program!

We're responsible for

  • Maintaining and repairing existing communal aerials and satellites. 

If you live in a house, you'll need to

  • Get written permission from B3Living to install.
  • Cover the repair and maintenance costs.
  • Cover removal and reinstallation costs if we need to do any maintenance or emergency work to the structure of your home.
  1. The first step is to get permission from the local council. 
  2. Once you have written permission from the local council, you will then need to request permission from us. We carefully consider each application before making a decision.
  3. If it's possible to get the same service without installing a satellite dish (e.g. Amazon Prime stick), we won't be able to approve your request. We're happy to discuss your options on 01992 453700.
