We strongly advise against using your loft space for storage. Damage can easily occur because of accessing or storing items. This includes damage to the ceiling, loft insulation, electrics, and plumbing.You may be charged for any damage resulting from accessing or storing items in your loft.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you, your family and visitors do not access the loft space or cause damage.
- Only accessing your loft, if necessary, e.g, in an emergency or with prior approval from us.
