Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of rubbish or bulky items on land that isn’t licensed to receive it.
Leaving large items (e.g. furniture, appliances) in or near your area gives our caretaking team less time to clean your block. Although you pay for our services, disposing of bulk waste is not actually part of our service. It’s fly-tipping.

If you can identify who is fly-tipping, we recommend contacting your local council, as they are able to issue fines and take relevant action where necessary.
