We’re switching our rent statements, so now you’ll get a printed copy once a year – rather than four times a year.

As your myB3Living online account gives you access to your balance and transactions whenever you need them, we’re finding that customers don’t need a paper statement as often. It’s also more cost effective and saves paper.

You’ll still get a statement sent in the post…

  • Once a year, in April.
  • If we notice any issues on your account.
  • If you ask us for one (which you can also do via myB3Living).


App and online accounts not for you?

If you find it helpful to get a copy of your statement in the post more often, let us know and we’ll make a note and keep sending statements to you every quarter.
