How to pay

New look payments - Paying online will look a bit different today. Don't worry, this isn't a scam - we've upgraded our payment system. Go ahead as normal, but if you have any issues, please let us know.

The easiest ways to pay are to pay online or to set up a direct debit. Paying online is good if you need to transfer money as a one off, but if you want your rent to be paid every month without you having to manage it, then we’d recommend a direct debit.

  • For a one-off payment - grab your debit/credit card, find your tenancy number*, and click here.
  • To set up regular payments – go to your myB3Living account or app and click ‘Rent’, then click ‘Request direct debit’. We’ll need to call you back to set up the direct debit over the phone. Have a think about whether you’ll want to pay weekly or monthly. If you can’t access your myB3Living account, give us a ring on 01992 453700. You can also call or email us to request a printed direct debit form.

What do I need before I start?

  • The correct account number - it is 5 numbers long and can be found at the top right hand corner of your statement
  • A current debit or credit card. Please note that if you use a credit card you may be charged interest by your bank
  • Your personal details such as address and telephone number

Please complete the sections carefully, making sure you enter the correct account number, otherwise your payment may not reach your account.

Want a different way to pay?

 

Look out for the PayPoint logo at local shops or post offices – this means you can pay rent there. Click here to find the nearest PayPoint to you.

Make sure you remember to take your rent card and know your tenancy number,* otherwise we won’t be able to match the money you’ve paid to your rent account.

Please don’t come to our offices as they are closed and we can’t take cash there at the moment.

*What is this and how do I find it?

 

You can set you a regular transfer from your bank account by standing order. You’ll be the only one able to control this, so it’ll be up to you to remember to change the amount every year or cancel the payments when you need to. You’ll need:

  • Our bank name and address: Lloyds TSB Bank plc, 1 Silver Street, Enfield, Middx, EN1 3EE
  • Our account number: 01573497
  • Our sort code: 30-99-86
  • Your reference: Please use your 5-digit tenancy number*

Or you can download this form, which you’ll need to print, fill in, and send to your bank.

It can take up to 7 days between setting up your standing order and money being transferred to your rent account.
