You’ll also contribute to the design and delivery of our next corporate strategy, ensuring we remain financially sound, customer-focused and community-led.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from both the housing and non-housing sectors. First-time board members are encouraged to apply – we offer a full induction and access to a board mentor. You will bring:
- Experience in digital, data or technology-related roles, with exposure to digital transformation, cyber security or technology-led change
- A working understanding of technology risk, data governance and digital assurance at Board or committee level
- Experience contributing to, advising on or overseeing digital or data programmes and initiatives
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to focus on long-term value, risk and organisational priorities
- An interest in social purpose, and a commitment to listening to the customer voice
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who shares our values and believes in making a difference through inclusive and responsible leadership.
