In December, we asked colleagues to take part in a culture survey. Our aim was to get feedback on the way we manage & lead at B3Living as well as how we can improve the way we work.
Being a housing association, we always want every home to feel like home. That's why we decided for every response received, we'd donate £5 to Safer Places - a Herts & Essex charity that helps those affected by domestic abuse.
