Got a leaking tap or a faulty plug socket? Our repairs team is here to help!

While there are some things we'll ask you to maintain (e.g. changing lightbulbs) you can report repairs by clicking here.

We all need a little extra support sometimes. That's why we work with lots of local partners to help our customers financially and emotionally. You can find more information about this here.

On your estate

If you're experiencing antisocial behaviour (ASB), our Neighbourhood team can help. You can report ASB issues here

Note: We are usually unable to get involved in general disputes between neighbours. We recommend following the below steps.

  • Try to solve the problem informally by talking to them.
  • You could use a mediation service if raising the issue informally does not work.
  • Contact the Police if your neighbour is breaking the law by being violent or harassing you.
  • As a last resort you could take legal action through the courts.

Having your say

To gather your feedback, we've got a network of customers called our 'Customer Community'.

Members of the Customer Community act as our sounding board when we're making decisions. The feedback they give us is reported back to our Board four times a year. Find out more.
