Your safety and comfort come first. That’s why we use our contractor, MCP, to handle our out-of-hours emergency repairs.
Emergency repairs
These are repairs are things that cannot wait and pose a serious risk to your health/safety. This includes things like:
- A major leak that you can't control.
- When you've lost all power.
- If you lose heating / hot water during the winter.
- You can't lock your home.
- Your only bath / shower or toilet is blocked.
If you have an emergency repair, please call 01920 465 111.
Missed appointments
If MCP attends out-of-hours and they discover it’s either:
- Not an emergency
- You miss the appointment
you might be recharged for the visit.
We're closed over some of the Christmas period.
During the days we're closed, you can call MCP for emergency repairs only.
