We do offer affordable homes for rent, but when we have a home available, we go to the local council's waiting list.

Our shared ownership homes are a great way to help you get started. It's designed to help you get onto the property ladder in a more flexible and affordable way.
You'll find our shared ownership homes across East Hertfordshire - and we're often building more through our development strategy.
I'm looking for extra support
We're here to help provide a range of services that will help you to carry on living independently. We offer three different types of services within the community:
