Your rights as a customer
Repairs and maintenance
It's our job to make sure:
- Customers can easily report a repair.
- Major parts of your home like doors, windows, roofs and heating systems are repaired and in working order.
- Your home has a reasonably modern kitchen (around 20 years old) and bathroom (around 30 years old).
- Your home is properly insulated and meets the Decent Homes Standard.


Health and safety
It's our job to:
- Keep up to date with all health and safety laws.
- Carry out risk assessments in communal areas to spot hazards.
- Inform customers about health and safety risks & planned works.
- Monitor any contractors we use.
Communication and adaptations
It's our job to make sure:
- Clear and easily accessible information about our services is available.
- Provide reasonable adjustments with communication (e.g. language, text size).
- Customers receive clear communication and notice about repairs, planned works and safety issues.
- Support customers with getting adaptations (where possible) in their home.
