  • Sit down with our senior leaders to give feedback.

The more we know about you, the better we can help. So, we've set up our Customer Advisory Panel to help us do just this on a bigger, long-term scale. It's also a chance for you to speak to our managers and hold us to account. We're all ears!

If you're a B3Living customer, you're welcome to apply. No experience or fancy degrees needed!

We'll also cover your childcare and transport for meetings. We want you to feel comfortable and in control.

The panel will meet quarterly.

(We might ask you to complete some training now & then). 

Yes! As a panel member, you'll receive: 

£50 voucher per meeting

£30 voucher per training session

Yes - and you can join both!

Customer Community: Regular surveys, phone calls, and focus groups to let you share your thoughts and concerns. 

Customer Advisory Panel: Helping us make bigger, long-term, customer-focused decisions and holding us to account on our performance.
