We’re offering flexible, drop-in sessions so you can attend at a time that suits you:
Afternoon session
1:30pm – 3:00pm
(in-person drop-in)
This is a family friendly event, so please feel free to bring the kids along! We’ll have arts and crafts, face painting, and activities to keep them busy while you have your say.
Evening session
5:30pm – 6:30pm
(in-person drop-in)
We are also hosting an evening session for those that can’t make it during working hours.

During these events we will be covering an array of topics around our services and our customers' homes. This is an informal, drop-in style event designed to encourage open and honest conversations with our customers. It is a great opportunity for you to engage directly with us share your feedback through lived experiences and learn more about the work we are doing to improve our services.
What to Expect:
We’ll be discussing a range of important service areas and ongoing improvements.
Refreshments will be provided and travel arrangements can be made if needed.
