We've completed 25 new energy-efficient, affordable homes in Bishop’s Stortford, East Hertfordshire.
The development is made up of 13 affordable rent houses, 9 shared ownership apartments, and 3 shared ownership houses which will welcome more than 100 new residents.
Recent research by the National Housing Federation revealed that waiting lists for social family homes in East Herts District Council are longer than four years. With houses of up to four bedrooms, as well as one- and two-bedroom flats, the new homes on this development provide much-needed renting and buying options for local people.
The new development provided alongside Vistry Homes Ltd is part of our ongoing work to address the increasing demand for affordable homes across the Hertfordshire/Essex border while contributing to the national building pipeline.
