We've acquired 337 homes from Notting Hill Genesis.
Most homes in the transfer are let at a social rent and around 20% are leasehold and shared ownership properties.
They are a mix of houses and flats dispersed across four Hertfordshire boroughs with the majority found in Welwyn Hatfield. Located within B3Living’s main areas of operation, the acquisition represents 5.5% growth for us and takes our stock close to 6,000 homes.
