Two days, 50 people and 313 blocks checked.
B3Living's Big Building Check brought together colleagues from all teams, customers and even a local Broxbourne councillor to check the condition of our estates.
Our teams worked in pairs to inspect the standard of cleaning of our buildings, grounds maintenance, communal repairs needed, fire safety and more.
Generally, we found that most blocks were well-kept and had no major concerns. Thanks to the visits, we were able to identify the buildings that require specific repairs and would benefit from improvement works.
The Big Building Check was an opportunity to spend some time in our community and get in-person feedback about our service from our customers. Through this, we will be able to organise follow-up inspections and prioritise specific blocks for inclusion in decorating programmes.
