We are redeveloping Hoddesdon's former squash club into a high quality, 100% affordable housing site.

B3Living acquired this site and obtained planning for 24 one and two-bedroom apartments affordable rent with undercroft parking and a ground floor commercial unit. The design features on this high quality scheme include recessed balconies, decorative brickwork, large windows, and deep window reveals.

This redevelopment is a short walk from Hoddesdon's town centre and involves close liaison with the adjacent Asda and Royal Mail sites.

Mark Davies Court is named in memory of a Board member of B3Living.

Family man, Mark, did much to help us increase the number of affordable homes we could build.

He was simply the warmest person, who is missed enormously. As a champion for building new homes where they are needed, we hope that naming these homes in Mark’s memory celebrates the many contributions he made for local people.

This site is one of four B3Living land-led projects that will deliver 145 new properties in the centre of Hoddesdon. Median house prices in the Borough of Broxbourne are rising over £355,000, so we are working hard to address the need for affordable homes, especially the shortage of one - three bedroom properties.
