Did you get a text from us about rents? Here's what it's all about...

First, don't worry. It's not a scam and it doesn't mean there's a problem on your account.

So, what is it all about?

We're looking for feedback on rents.

Your rent changes every April, but now is the time where we look at our budgets and plans and make decisions. This year, we want to be more open with our customers, and we'd like your input in these decisions. Rent affects everyone, so it's really important you have the opportunity to have your say about rents for 2022-23.

What do I have to do?

You don't have to get involved if you don't want to. But we're really keen to get your feedback. If you're interested, we have focus groups on these dates:

  • Wednesday 24 November - 1pm
  • Thursday 25 November - 12pm
  • Thursday 25 November - 6pm (on Zoom)

What happens next?

The feedback we get from any customers involved will be presented directly to our Board. They decide what next year's rent will be.
