We have recently completed a deal to build 23 new affordable homes in Goffs Oak near Cheshunt.
This development will benefit from a high proportion of affordable homes (60%), among the 38 new homes to be built by premium housebuilder Stonebond Properties.
The site, located off Newgatestreet Road, will benefit from a large area of outside space designed in the style of a traditional village green, whilst other ecological features include a wildflower grassed area, new ornamental trees and enhanced hedgerows.
Construction set to commence this autumn.
